Trigon Furniture Warranty Terms
The warranty for products ordered through Trigon Furniture [trigonliving.com] begins once the delivery process is complete.
The warranty period for Trigon Furniture products is valid for 2 (two) years from the date of delivery. Trigon Furniture may provide different warranty coverage/periods for various parts of the delivered products as specified in the contract.
The warranty provided by Trigon Furniture is valid under the “normal” usage conditions of the products. The usage of delivered products must be appropriate for the product. Proper installation of the product is required for the warranty to be valid.
Within the specified warranty period, Trigon Furniture will repair any issues caused by material, workmanship, or assembly defects without any additional charge.
Under the warranty conditions, Trigon Furniture may offer the CUSTOMER a new product or a substitute product. If the product under warranty cannot be repaired or is no longer available in the product range, Trigon Furniture will offer products deemed at least equal.
When the consumer exercises the right to repair:
- If the product malfunctions again within the warranty period,
- If the maximum specified time for repair is not met,
- If the repair is not possible, or similar conditions are determined with a valid report; The CUSTOMER may request a refund, a price reduction, or, if possible, replacement with a non-defective equivalent. The seller is responsible for addressing the consumer’s requests in accordance with the report.
In cases where the consumer believes that the product is not properly repaired, replaced, or refunded under the warranty and contract terms, they may apply to Provincial Arbitration Committees and the General Directorate of Market Surveil
